This stunning heart shaped genuine blue topaz pendant was designed and manufactured by Michael Anthony New York. Although this vintage piece is from the 1980’s it shows no wear and tear. It is replete with filigree work and diamond cutting which was very prevalent of the jewelry manufactured in this era.
