with genuine diamonds and sapphires. The diamond clarity is SI -1 Diamond color G-H. The sapphires area medium blue very lively. The left side is a flat ribbon style surface. The right side is a series of prong settings, holding the diamonds and sapphires. Every aspect of this heart speaks of elegance, The chain is not included but can be purchased separately.
